
[IMPACT 2025] Author Notice & Guideline
The tentative program is announced and you may check your presentation time slot by searching your paper ID

【Author Guidelines】
Step 1. Upload the full paper (Both oral & poster)
Upload your full paper >> Log in to your account >> Click “Full Paper Submission”>> Proceed to upload your file.
Step 2. Register online for an early bird discount before October 7th.
- Choose” Author” or “student” (student ID may need to show to confirm),
choose the best fit category for your identity,and 1 day or 3-day pass which suits you best. - Please note, all the co-authors could choose “author” identity to entitle author rate with Paper ID.
- Both Oral or Poster authors are all need to register for the conference.
Step 3. Submit the onsite presentation file by 1st Oct.(Extend to 10/10)
For oral presenters:
- Oral presenters please submit your 16:9 presentation file in ppt or pdf format. File naming format: “(paper no.)” (e.g., AS002.ppt or AS002.pdf )
- Each Oral presenter will have 12 mins for onsite presentation and 3 mins for Q&A (total 15 mins)
- There will be a speaker preview room onsite, if you need small change of your PPT file, please make it at least one hour before your session
For poster presenters:
- Setting up the poster:Bring and display your printed poster onsite on your own using adhesive tapes (available on-site) before poster session starts at 3:00 p.m.
- In case you cannot bring your own, please send your poster to IMPACT Secretariat by 13th

Step 4. Onsite presentation
- Present during October 21th-23th according to the program.
- Presentations must be delivered in English.
- For Poster Session presenters, you must show up and stand by in front of your poster during poster session.
